Console commands

Adds the given amount of experience.
Open the console and type the command.
Apply Buff
Applies the named buff to your character.
Press F1 to open the console, type buff followed by the buff name. Use debuff to remove it.
Can disable achievements. Back up your save before using.
Apply Buff to Player
Applies a buff to another player identified by name, entity ID or Steam ID
Press F1 to open console (admin required), then type and press Enter
Apply Buff to Self
Applies the named buff to your own character
Press F1 to open console, then type and press Enter
Change Weather
Changes the weather (clear, rain, snow, fog).
Press F1 to open the console, type weather followed by the weather type.
Can disable achievements. Back up your save before using.
Control Weather
Controls weather elements such as clouds, fog, rain, snow, temperature and wind
Press F1 to open console (admin required), then type and press Enter
Creative Menu
Toggles the creative menu on or off (press U to open it). Shortcut: cm.
Press F1 to open the console, type creativemenu or cm.
Creative mode can disable achievements. Back up your save before using.
Debug Mode
Toggles debug mode on or off; allows God mode with G key and the debug menu with ESC. Shortcut: dm.
Press F1 to open the console, type debugmenu or dm.

Enable debug mode
Turns on the debug menu and the free-fly camera.
Open the console with F1 and type the command.
Fly Mode
Toggles fly mode.
Press F1 to open the console, type fly.

Get Game Preferences
Prints current game preferences
Press F1 to open console, then type and press Enter
Get Game Stats
Prints current game stats
Press F1 to open console, then type and press Enter
Get Time
Prints the current in-game day and time
Press F1 to open console, then type and press Enter
Give Experience
Grants the given amount of experience points.
Press F1 to open the console, type giveselfxp followed by the amount.
Can disable achievements. Back up your save before using.
Give Player XP
Adds experience to the named player instead of yourself
Press F1 to open console (admin required), then type and press Enter
Give Quest
Gives your character the named quest
Press F1 to open console, then type and press Enter
Give Self Item
Drops the named item at your feet, with optional quality (1-6) and count
Press F1 to open console, then type and press Enter
Give Self XP
Adds the given amount of experience to your character
Press F1 to open console, then type and press Enter
Give Skill Experience
Grants experience to the named skill. The skill name must be capitalized and spaced correctly.
Press F1 to open the console, type giveselfskillxp followed by the skill name and amount.
Can disable achievements. Back up your save before using.
Give yourself an item
Spawns the named item into your inventory.
Open the console and type the command with an item name.
Give Yourself Item
Drops the named item at your feet, e.g. giveself machete or giveself machete 6 for quality level.
Press F1 to open the console, type giveself followed by the item name and optional quality level.
Can disable achievements. Back up your save before using.
God Mode
Toggles invulnerability.
Press F1 to open the console, type god.
Can disable achievements. Back up your save before using.
Kick All Players
Kicks every player with an optional reason
Use server console (admin required), then type

Kicks one player with an optional reason

Kill All Enemies
Kills all matching enemies/entities; never kills players in current builds
Press F1 to open console (admin required), then type and press Enter
Kill All Entities
Kills all active entities on the server, including zombies.
Press F1 to open the console, type killall.
Kills everything nearby, not just zombies. Can disable achievements. Back up your save before using.
Kill Entity or Player
Kills the specified entity or player
Press F1 to open console (admin required), then type and press Enter
List Entities
Lists all entities currently loaded in the game
Press F1 to open console, then type and press Enter
List Player IDs
Shows player IDs needed by other commands

Lists connected players

Manage Admin Permissions
Manages admin permission levels (0 is highest permission)
Use server console (admin required), then type
Manage Player Bans
Bans or unbans a player for a set duration, or lists bans

Open the console
Opens the developer console.
Press F1 during play.
Remove Buff
Removes the named buff from your character.

Remove Buff from Player
Removes a buff from another player

Remove Buff from Self
Removes the named buff from your own character

Remove Quest
Removes the named quest from your character

Save World
Manually saves the current world
Press F1 to open console (admin required), then type and press Enter
Set Time
Sets the in-game day, hour and minute.
Press F1 to open the console, type settime followed by day, hour and minute.

Show Command Help
Lists all commands or shows help text for one named command
Press F1 to open console, then type and press Enter
Show Game Time
Prints the current day and time. Shortcut: gt.
Press F1 to open the console, type gettime.
Show Gamestage
Shows your current gamestage, which drives horde strength and loot
Press F1 to open console, then type and press Enter
Show Next Horde Time
Displays the day and time of the next horde attack.
Press F1 to open the console, type shownexthordetime.
Show System Info
Prints CPU and operating system information
Press F1 to open console, then type and press Enter
Spawn Air Drop
Spawns a supply air drop.

Spawns an air drop at your location

Spawn Entity
Spawns the named entity or zombie at your location.

Spawns an entity at exact world coordinates

Spawn Entity Near Player
Spawns a zombie or animal near a player (use 0 for yourself); run with no arguments to list entity numbers

Spawn Screamer Scouts
Spawns Screamer scouts that move toward the target location

Spawn Supply Crate
Spawns a supply crate at your position.

Spawn Wandering Entities
Spawns wandering entities, e.g. a horde (h) or bandits (b)

Switch View
Switches between first-person and third-person view

Teleport Player
Teleports another player to coordinates or to a second player
Press F1 to open console (admin required), then type and press Enter
Teleport Self
Teleports you to coordinates (use y = -1 to land on ground) or to another player

Teleport To Coordinates
Teleports you to the given X, Y, Z coordinates.

Toggles the creative menu; open it with U to take any item or block
