The premise, in the publisher's words
Baseball prodigy Sally Doubleday hits a home run so powerful that it launches into outer space. The ball accidentally crashes into a planet belonging to an alien army led by Commander Malloc. With the impending threat of Earth's destruction on the line, Sally and her friends must put their athletic prowess to the test and save the day!
