The premise, in the publisher's words
You are Ruth, a medical unit. Marked as a "problem element" for attempting a forbidden procedure on a patient with a mysterious plague, you have been exiled to the silence of a nameless clinic. But just as you resigned yourself to the shadows, the sickness returned. Through surreal Dreams, treatments, and investigations, deep-buried secrets are beginning to surface…that will rewrite the destiny of many.
