What Astrolander is
Astrolander is an unreleased adventure game in development at Lost Cartridge Creations, currently scheduled for 31 December 2026. It is available on PlayStation 5 and PC (Microsoft Windows). It runs on Unity. It carries an ESRB RP age rating.
The premise, in the publisher's words
In a distant world, the MVPs were cheerful but outdated cartridge powered CRT robots. Cyberlution began spreading across the universe, turning happy creatures into robotic menaces, bent on conquering every planet. MVPs quickly became deactivated and recycled for parts to support the Cyberlution. The last free MVPs built two experimental CD powered robots, Haptic and Feedback, to rescue their friends and save the universe!
How it plays
It is played from a side view perspective. Its themes are action. It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component. Available modes: Co-operative, Multiplayer and Single player.
What you need to run it
The minimum specification calls for Intel Core i5-8400 or AMD Ryzen 5 1600, 8 GB RAM and NVIDIA GTX 1660 or AMD Radeon RX 590. An 8GB memory requirement is modest by current standards; most machines sold in the last five years clear it. Install size is roughly 15GB. Both tiers are compared side by side on the requirements page, and you can check your own parts against them without installing anything.
