The minimum specification calls for Intel Core 2 Duo 2.8ghz or higher, 4 GB RAM and NVIDIA or AMD with 1GB VRAM. Both tiers are compared side by side on the requirements page, and you can check your own parts against them without installing anything.
What it launched against
Battle Princess Madelyn launched on 5 December 2018, within three weeks of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Gris, Battlefield V and Dusk. All of them reviewed better. It arrived 5 years into the PlayStation 4's life, so it was built for hardware developers already knew well.
Released around the same time: Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Gris, Battlefield V, Dusk.
