What you need to run it
The minimum specification calls for Intel i3 2120 @ 3.3GHz or Phenom II X4 965 @ 3.40GHz, 4 GB RAM and NVidia GT 450 or ATI Radeon HD 5750. At 4GB of RAM, it will run on essentially any working PC — that is below what a budget laptop ships with today. Install size is roughly 8GB. Both tiers are compared side by side on the requirements page, and you can check your own parts against them without installing anything.
What it launched against
Burnout Paradise Remastered launched on 16 March 2018, within three weeks of Far Cry 5, Sea of Thieves, A Way Out and Into the Breach. It reviewed better than 2 of the 4. It arrived 5 years into the PlayStation 4's life, so it was built for hardware developers already knew well.
Released around the same time: Far Cry 5, Sea of Thieves, A Way Out, Into the Breach.
