The premise, in the publisher's words
Blocks glide over the snow. Ice is like snow, but you can kick it. Cart carries blocks. Rubble will not allow ice to slide. Coal will melt the snow and ice. The freezer will turn everything into ice. Flamethrower will melt the ice. The twins copy each other's movements.

It is played from a bird view / isometric perspective. Its themes are action. It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component.
