Caves of Qud on Steam Deck
Does Caves of Qud work on Steam Deck?
Runs perfectly out of the box, with no tweaks reported, according to 44 community reports on ProtonDB.
Is this the same as Steam Deck Verified?
No, and the two often disagree. "Steam Deck Verified" is Valve's own badge, awarded after Valve tests a game against its own checklist. The rating on this page is ProtonDB's, which is built from reports filed by players running the game through Proton. A game can be rated Gold by the community and still not carry Valve's badge, and the reverse happens too.
Can this rating change?
Yes, and it does. Proton is updated regularly and so are games, so a title that was Bronze a year ago may be Gold now. This page shows the date the rating was read so you can judge how current it is.
