Based on the popular TV show, join Chuggington' s Brewster as he is left in charge of Hoot and Toot, two mischievous twins who are double the trouble. Brewster tries to teach them how to use the turntable, but they run and hide while his back is turned. Now Brewster has to find them and your child can help as they learn reading comprehension, rhyming and more.
