Cursed Soulless Vagabonds

You used to be a god. Then a jealous demon hit your realm with a curse, stripping your power and ripping the souls out of humanity. Those souls are now trapped inside weapons of cold steel. What’s left of the people mutated into feral, mindless monsters roaming the ruins. But you managed one desperate move before fading: you shielded a handful of humans. They still lost their souls to the blades, but their bodies survived as empty "Husks." Now, you’re a bodiless spirit. You hijack these Husks and wield the soul-infused weapons to fight your way through the repeating, broken loops of your own dying world. Your only goal is to find the source of the curse and break the cycle.
