This elusive organization of bards, mages and other adventurers are famed for their devotion to the arts, the preservation of history, and maintaining the balance of civilization and nature. Their often-secretive agents know one another by a silver harp pin. This extra skill tree can be purchased in the in-game store. The Harper universal tree can also be obtained for free per server after completing most Harper Agent patron quests at the highest difficulty levels. These quests are in premium adventure packs and the Shadowfell Conspiracy expansion.
