The premise, in the publisher's words
Finally holidays! This summer, for the first time ever, you will spend it alone at your grandparent’s farm. Two months without mom and dad. Only you and your dog! Two months during which you have to take care of the grandparent's farm growing plants and milking animals, well at least some of them.
How it plays
It is played from a third person perspective. Its themes are action, kids, open world and sandbox. It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component. Available modes: Co-operative, Multiplayer and Single player.
What it launched against
Everdream Valley launched on 30 May 2023, within three weeks of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, Diablo IV, System Shock and Street Fighter 6. It arrived 3 years into the PlayStation 5's life, so it was built for hardware developers already knew well.
