The premise, in the publisher's words
Your journey begins as a licensed pharmacist in the modern world, where you manage your own pharmacy, serve customers, and build your pharmaceutical business from the ground up. As your business grows, expand into factories, manufacture medications, purchase properties, and explore new opportunities. But your journey doesn't end in the present day. Travel across four different eras, from medieval 1419 to a post-apocalyptic world in 2049 and a futuristic city in 2079. Each era brings unique environments, medications, businesses, and opportunities as you work toward building a pharmaceutical empire across time.

It is played from a first person perspective. Its themes are business, open world, sandbox and science fiction. It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component.
