Cheat codes
9Air Guitar
Your guitarist plays with an invisible guitar.
Open the Cheats menu in Options and enter the sequence: for each step, hold the frets shown together and strum. G, R, Y, B and O are the green, red, yellow, blue and orange frets.
Bret Michaels Singer
Bret Michaels of Poison becomes the singer on every song.
Open the Cheats menu in Options and enter the sequence: for each step, hold the frets shown together and strum. G, R, Y, B and O are the green, red, yellow, blue and orange frets.

Easy Expert
The Rock Meter drops more slowly when you miss, so you can make more mistakes before failing.
Open the Cheats menu in Options and enter the sequence: for each step, hold the frets shown together and strum. G, R, Y, B and O are the green, red, yellow, blue and orange frets.
Does not work in Career or online. On Xbox 360 it blocks achievements until the game is restarted, and scores are not saved to the leaderboard.
Hyperspeed
Speeds up the note highway. Settings 1 to 5; higher is faster.
Open the Cheats menu in Options and enter the sequence: for each step, hold the frets shown together and strum. G, R, Y, B and O are the green, red, yellow, blue and orange frets.
No Fail
The Rock Meter never goes down, so you cannot fail a song.

Performance Mode
Hides the note highway and the on-screen display, leaving only the stage.

Precision Mode
Narrows the timing window for hitting notes, so the game is stricter.

Unlock All Songs
Unlocks every Quickplay song.

Unlock Everything
Unlocks every character, item and Quickplay song.
