The premise, in the publisher's words
Queen Nayan sent her army to The Mists, a mist-covered, rebellious corner of Berang. Leading them was Kai, the Queen’s most esteemed knight—one who had rarely tasted defeat. But neither Kai nor the army ever returned from the shrouded mountains. Having lost both her army and her finest knight, the Queen has now sent you, her Herald, to The Mists to uncover the truth. As the Queen’s Herald, it’s up to you to unravel the secrets hidden within the thick mist. But every truth you uncover comes with consequences.
