NEVER A PENALTY is a satirical decision game in pixel art about football's least thankful job: the person who watches the replay. You referee from the review room, judging every play with cameras, a magnifier and offside lines, while your phone buzzes with offers of envelopes. Every call costs something, and there are eight endings, from the Copa Orbe to prison.
