In a small village called Amber Stone, right on the outskirts of the Dark Forest, where it's rumored to be lurking with dangerous creatures, a sickly young girl named Lacrima lives together with her family. As alchemists, Lacrima's parents are constantly working on their potions and medicine for the village, which she'd like to help them with but she always receives the same answer: 'you need to rest'.
