Paresis II takes you back into the original Paresis house, however, time has passed and survival takes a new direction. Move throughout the Paresis house to solve numerous puzzles, extinguish morphs, and so much more. Can you survive?

It is played from a first person perspective. Its themes are action and horror. It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component.
