The premise, in the publisher's words
Retro Arcade-style Rally Racing in repurposed Parking Garages in big cities across North America with tight arcade racing controls. A hybrid of Rally and circuit racing, from rally it draws the jumps and “one racer at a time against the clock” time-trial format. However, the tracks are similar to circuit racing, with each race consisting of multiple laps around the same track.

It is played from a third person perspective. Its themes are action and party. It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component. Available modes: Multiplayer and Single player. There are 15 achievements to unlock.
