Grouped by type and platform, each one labelled reported working or tested.
There are 62 cheat codes for Portal 2 across PC (Microsoft Windows). Each code below lists the exact button combination or console command, what it does, and whether using it disables achievements.
Console commands
62All Weapons
Gives all weapons including the Half-Life 2 weapons
Enable the developer console in Options, Keyboard and Mouse. Press the tilde key during gameplay, type sv_cheats 1, then the command and press Enter
Achievements are disabled while sv_cheats is on
Attach Potato GLaDOS
Attaches GLaDOS-as-a-potato to your portal gun (the late-campaign look)
Enable the console in options, press ~
Using cheats disables Steam achievements for that session
Buddha Mode
Take damage but cannot die
Enable the developer console in Options, Keyboard and Mouse. Press the tilde key during gameplay, type sv_cheats 1, then the command and press Enter
Achievements are disabled while sv_cheats is on
Change game speed
Slows (0.1) or speeds (2) the game; 1 = normal
Open console, requires sv_cheats 1
Affects audio and physics
Change gravity
Changes gravity; 600 is default
Open console, requires sv_cheats 1
Very low values can fling you through walls
Change portal linkage ID (co-op)
Changes which portal pair your gun controls (0-3)
Open console, requires sv_cheats 1; mainly used in co-op
Can disconnect you from your own portals
Delete Aimed Object
Deletes the object you're currently aiming at
Enable the console in options, press ~

Delete Looked-At Entity
Deletes whatever entity you're looking at
Enable the console in options, press ~

Disable Cheat Mode
Turns cheat mode back off
Enable the console in options, press ~

Enable Cheat Mode
Master switch that unlocks nearly every command below; required before most cheats will do anything

Enable Cheats
Turns cheats on; use sv_cheats 0 to turn them off

Required before any other cheat command is accepted.
Enable the developer console in Options → Keyboard → Advanced, then press `.

Enemies Ignore Player
Turrets and other hostiles stop noticing or shooting at you
Enable the console in options, press ~

Fire Energy Pellet
Launches the high-energy pellet in front of you
Enable the console in options, press ~
Using cheats disables Steam achievements for that session
Fire Gel Burst
Fires out a burst of gel in front of you: speed (orange propulsion), jump (blue repulsion), portal (white conversion), or water that erases gel

Fire Rocket Projectile
Fires a rocket projectile from the player
Enable the console in options, press ~

Fly through walls (noclip)
Fly freely and pass through walls/floors
Open console, requires sv_cheats 1

Give basic portal gun
Gives the single-portal (blue only) gun
Open console, requires sv_cheats 1; upgrade with upgrade_portalgun

Give Dual Portal Gun
Hands you a dual (blue/orange) portal gun
Enable the console in options, press ~

Give Portal Gun
Gives the basic portal gun
Enable the developer console in Options, Keyboard and Mouse. Press the tilde key during gameplay, type sv_cheats 1, then the command and press Enter
Achievements are disabled while sv_cheats is on
Give portal gun (impulse)
Gives the portal gun
Open console, requires sv_cheats 1
In Portal 2 this gives the portal gun only, not HL2 weapons
Hide Portal Gun Viewmodel
Hides the portal gun's viewmodel (it can still be fired)
Enable the console in options, press ~

Invincibility
Take no damage from any source
Open console, requires sv_cheats 1
May make some test chambers unfinishable (damage triggers needed)
Jump to a chapter
Loads any single-player map by name.
Requires sv_cheats 1 first.
Jump to Chapter 1
Loads the first map of the single-player campaign
Open console; see the Portal Wiki chamber list for all map names
Restarts from that checkpoint, progress unsaved
Jump to Chapter Map
Jumps to another chapter map without resetting the server, e.g. changelevel sp_a1_intro1
Enable the console in options, press ~

Kill Player
Kills your character (handy if you get stuck)

Load Map
Loads the named map and restarts the server for it

Low Gravity
Lowers gravity; 600 is the default value

No Clip
Fly through walls and objects
Enable the developer console in Options, Keyboard and Mouse. Press the tilde key during gameplay, type sv_cheats 1, then the command and press Enter
Achievements are disabled while sv_cheats is on
Noclip
Toggle that lets you fly through walls and ignores collision so you can move anywhere on the map; retype to toggle off
Enable the console in options, press ~

Place Portals Anywhere
Portals can be placed on almost any surface; use 0 to restore normal rules
Enable the developer console in Options, Keyboard and Mouse. Press the tilde key during gameplay, type sv_cheats 1, then the command and press Enter
Achievements are disabled while sv_cheats is on
Place portals on any surface
Portals stick to surfaces that would normally reject them.
Requires sv_cheats 1 first.
Potato portal gun
Attaches a potato battery (GLaDOS) to your portal gun
Open console, requires sv_cheats 1
Cosmetic/potato-dialogue only, mostly for fun
Scale Game Speed
Scales game speed; 1 is normal, 0.5 is half-speed, 2 is double
Enable the console in options, press ~

Scale Gravity
Scales gravity; 600 is the default, lower numbers float, higher numbers slam you down
Enable the console in options, press ~

Show FPS counter
Displays frames-per-second rate
Open console; 0 turns it off

Show FPS Readout
Displays a frame-rate readout; set to 0 to hide it

Show Position
Shows your exact position and velocity — useful for lining up precise portal shots

Slow Motion
Slows the game to half speed; 1 is the default value

Spawn Antique Cube
Spawns the old 1950s-style "antique" cube from The Fall chapter
Enable the console in options, press ~

Spawn Bouncy Sphere
Creates the weighted bouncy metal sphere
Enable the developer console in Options, Keyboard and Mouse. Press the tilde key during gameplay, type sv_cheats 1, then the command and press Enter

Spawn Citizen
Spawns a citizen NPC
Enable the developer console in Options, Keyboard and Mouse. Press the tilde key during gameplay, type sv_cheats 1, then the command and press Enter

Spawn Companion Cube
Creates a companion cube
Enable the developer console in Options, Keyboard and Mouse. Press the tilde key during gameplay, type sv_cheats 1, then the command and press Enter

Spawn Headcrab
Spawns a live headcrab
Enable the developer console in Options, Keyboard and Mouse. Press the tilde key during gameplay, type sv_cheats 1, then the command and press Enter

Spawn Reflector Cube
Creates a reflector cube for redirecting lasers
Enable the developer console in Options, Keyboard and Mouse. Press the tilde key during gameplay, type sv_cheats 1, then the command and press Enter

Spawn Skull Prop
Spawns a skull prop — a leftover Half-Life 2 debug command

Spawn Storage Cube
Creates the classic weighted storage cube

Spawn Weighted Sphere
Spawns a Weighted Companion-style sphere ball
Enable the console in options, press ~

Spawn Weighted Storage Cube
Spawns the classic test cube in front of you
Open console, requires sv_cheats 1
Cube may fall through floors on some maps
Spawn Zombie
Spawns a zombie
Enable the developer console in Options, Keyboard and Mouse. Press the tilde key during gameplay, type sv_cheats 1, then the command and press Enter
Achievements are disabled while sv_cheats is on
Switch Camera View
Switches the camera to a third-person view; firstperson returns to normal

Third Person View
Switches to third person view; use firstperson to return

Upgrade Portal Gun
Upgrades the portal gun to the full dual portal version
Enable the developer console in Options, Keyboard and Mouse. Press the tilde key during gameplay, type sv_cheats 1, then the command and press Enter
Achievements are disabled while sv_cheats is on
Upgrade to dual portal gun
Unlocks both blue and orange portals on your gun
Open console, requires sv_cheats 1

Upgrade to Dual Portals
Upgrades your portal gun so it can fire the second (orange) portal

Give the portal gun
Places the dual portal device in your hands anywhere in the game.

No clipping
Fly through walls — the fastest way past a puzzle you are stuck on.

God Mode
Invincibility
Enable the developer console in Options, Keyboard and Mouse. Press the tilde key during gameplay, type sv_cheats 1, then the command and press Enter
