Revenge of the Savage Planet launched on 8 May 2025, within three weeks of Doom: The Dark Ages, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, The Midnight Walk and RoadCraft. All of them reviewed better. It arrived 5 years into the PlayStation 5's life, so it was built for hardware developers already knew well.
