The action takes place on Space Station 14, where most of the crew has gone insane and the station itself turned into chaotic and liminal non-Euclidean spaces. The player assumes the role of Greytide, whose mission is to eliminate the entire crew.

It is played from a bird view / isometric perspective. Its themes are action. It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component.
