The Tree of Harmony provided balance. This balance it created expressed a harmony between the Ideal universe and the Reflected universe. However, the Sun disrupted this balance, that's when harmony was lost, and the ideals and its reflections got mixed up... Only the chosen one, who woke up after all this chaos, can restore harmony and eliminate the Bias. The union of the Sun and the Tree of Harmony can be brought back into balance with the chosen one...
