Scimagic: The Magic World Is Bugged, Fix It With Science!

In a world where magic is commonplace, the Church regards those who use it as heretics. A boy who carries the knowledge of a modern-day scientist arrives in this world and, soon after, is mistaken for the accomplice of a young witch and surrounded by Church guards. To get out of this and the dangers that follow, he begins applying the principles of science to magic, analyzing the properties of different forces and turning that understanding into stronger spells. Along the way he is joined by companions who resemble great scientists of history, among them characters based on Newton, Einstein, Archimedes, Leibniz, Heisenberg and Maxwell.
