The premise, in the publisher's words
Showa American Story is an upcoming action role-playing game developed by the Chinese studio Nekcom. The player assumes the role of the stuntwoman Choko Chigusa, who resurrects from the dead and navigates post-apocalyptic Showa America. The story explores an alternate history in which the United States has radically changed under Japanese economic and cultural influence. The developers drew inspiration from Japanese and American popular culture of the eighties and nineties, as experienced in Chinese society at the time.
How it plays
It is played from a third person perspective. Its themes are action. It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component.
What you need to run it
The minimum specification calls for TBD, 8 GB RAM and TBD. An 8GB memory requirement is modest by current standards; most machines sold in the last five years clear it. Install size is roughly 50GB.
