What Steel Gullet is
Steel Gullet is an unreleased indie game in development at Oxideworks, currently scheduled for 17 November 2026. It is available on PC (Microsoft Windows) only. It runs on Godot.
The premise, in the publisher's words
Build a massive factory aboard a moving ark. Melt, separate, and refine chaotic scrap using realistic thermodynamics. Process materials by mass instead of items, craft based on material properties, and optimize complex production lines in strictly limited space.
How it plays
It is played from a bird view / isometric perspective. Its themes are sandbox. It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component.
What you need to run it
The minimum specification calls for Dual-core Intel or AMD @ 2.0 GHz, 4 GB RAM and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 / AMD Radeon RX 550. At 4GB of RAM, it will run on essentially any working PC — that is below what a budget laptop ships with today. Both tiers are compared side by side on the requirements page, and you can check your own parts against them without installing anything.
