After Crash-Test-Dummy 00 Dilly withstood several tests in the 1950s and was thrown into the dump, some confused aliens mistakenly breathed life into 00 Dilly. WOW! OK, 00 Dilly is definitely not too bright, but he wants to prove to the world that he's the right test dummy for any kind of test.
