The Dark Strangler has been killing the victims of the bizarre "black lightning incident," and the cops refuse to do anything about it... It's up to private investigator Magnum Johnson to save the day, aided by his trusty companion Gizmo! Fly your hat around! Shoot homing missiles! Replace most of the oxygen in a room with lead! All that matters is that justice is served!
