The minimum specification calls for Intel i3-4170, 4 GB RAM and NVIDIA GTX 660 / ATI HD7870 - 1GB VRAM. At 4GB of RAM, it will run on essentially any working PC — that is below what a budget laptop ships with today. It also needs around 140GB of free storage, which is a real consideration on a 512GB drive. Both tiers are compared side by side on the requirements page, and you can check your own parts against them without installing anything.
