The premise, in the publisher's words
In eastern lands, a clan has fallen. The Moonspell, once vigilant guardians of a sorcerous valley nestled in the mountains, have been overrun by hordes of yokai and oni. Though treacherous, this hive of spectral activity may provide some clue as to the location of a vampire. If not, at least it’ll be entertaining to defeat thousands of wayward spirits in the process.
How it plays
It is played from a bird view / isometric perspective. Its themes are action and fantasy. It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component. Available modes: Co-operative and Single player.

Vampire Survivors: Legacy of the Moonspell launched on 15 December 2022, within three weeks of Marvel's Midnight Suns, Chained Echoes, World of Warcraft: Dragonflight and High on Life. It arrived 2 years into the PlayStation 5's life, so it was built for hardware developers already knew well.
