After witnessing a traumatic experience William decides to shut down his business and ship off all of his assets to a facility across the country called Storage & Rentals, Utah. 17 Years later the storage facility goes bankrupt and William gets sent a notice to go pick up his assets or he will be fined

It is played from a first person perspective. Its themes are horror. It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component.
