The premise, in the publisher's words
Enter the cave and have no fear: cannibal outcasts may be living here, but they won’t harm you. A former mine is now abandoned, although still rich in resources. The reason for that was the whispers workers would start hearing after spending a few days underground. Don’t waste a moment, hurry up, and finish all your business in this god-forsaken place without delay!
