The premise, in the publisher's words
A simple story about young love in the countryside at the height of summer. Although having lived in the city all his life, circumstances bring the protagonist to the countryside where he falls in love. As the days go by, the end of summer soon approaches—along with the Nanakayama festival. "I'll... be Master's maid, meow!" "Come on over and be the zombie!" (W-Were summer festivals always this chaotic...?!) Though unaccustomed to local events, the protagonist throws himself headfirst into the festivities alongside the girls.
