Ark: Survival Ascended is a next-generation remaster of our beloved ARK: Survival Evolved, harnessing the power of Unreal Engine 5. The base game will include SOTF and all the Ark: Survival Evolved DLC maps (which will be added to ASA over time).
How it plays
It is played from a first person perspective. Its themes are action, open world, sandbox and science fiction. It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component. Available modes: Co-operative, Massively Multiplayer Online (MMO), Multiplayer and Single player.

Ark: Survival Ascended launched on 25 October 2023, within three weeks of Alan Wake II, Super Mario Bros. Wonder, Marvel's Spider-Man 2 and Forza Motorsport. It arrived 3 years into the PlayStation 5's life, so it was built for hardware developers already knew well.
