The premise, in the publisher's words
Unitied is a minimalistic & relaxing puzzle game. The simple goal is to finish all blocks. You do so by moving all blocks in one direction: up, left, down or right. The blocks have to use each other to be able to finish. There are 50 levels, increasing in difficulty.
How it plays
It is played from a bird view / isometric perspective. It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component.
What it launched against
Unitied launched on 13 November 2019, within three weeks of Death Stranding, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, The Outer Worlds and Persona 5 Royal. It arrived 2 years into the Nintendo Switch's life, so it was built for hardware developers already knew well.
