Regular police cars are having trouble catching up to the amped up fast cars that criminals are using, so in order to combat these criminals, the World Super Police (WSP) have been formed to chase down these criminals.

It is played from a third person perspective. Its themes are action, comedy and thriller. It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component.
