The premise, in the publisher's words
You are B4-BY, a sightless maintenance robot in an underground science facility. While you were powered down, calamity struck the facility's populace. For most of the scientists, it is too late.... But one of them has survived, and it is your task to find and save her. However, something roams the dark and quiet corridors of the facility. You are not alone.
How it plays
It is played from a first person perspective. Its themes are action, horror, science fiction and stealth. It is a single-player game with no multiplayer component.

Sounds of Shadows launched on 2 July 2025, within three weeks of Death Stranding 2: On the Beach, The Alters, Donkey Kong Bananza and Mecha Break.
